There is nothing wrong with you. Many of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that create struggle in our lives began as ways your system learned to protect you. With curiosity and compassion, those parts can begin to soften—allowing your natural Self to lead again.
Does part of you crave change while another part wants things to stay the same? Do you ever feel like you stand in your own way? Nothing inside you is broken.
Internal Family Systems coaching helps you understand the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion so real change can unfold.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
begin your journey back to Self
Kara has been such a big part of my healing journey. She is naturally so connected, intuitive, and authentic in her approach. Her warm presence along with her integration of breathwork within IFS—is a supportive and amazing experience. I have been so fortunate to be able to connect to parts of myself that had really “shut down” and feel more in tune with myself than ever. I’m so thankful she does this beautiful, healing work!
you might be wondering…
Do I need to know anything about Internal Family Systems before we start?
Not at all. Many people come to this work with no prior experience with IFS. We will explore the process gently together, at a pace that feels comfortable.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
Coaching is different from therapy. While our conversations can be reflective and meaningful, coaching focuses on self-understanding, personal growth, and moving toward the life you want to create.
What happens during a session?
Sessions are conversational and experiential. We may explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns through the lens of Internal Family Systems, and sometimes integrate practices such as breathwork or guided inner reflection.
How do I know if this work is right for me?
The best way to find out is simply to begin a conversation. If you feel curious about exploring your inner world with compassion and openness, this work may resonate with you.
about IFS
IFS Coaching, or Internal Family Systems Coaching, is a therapeutic approach based on the idea that individuals have different "parts" within themselves, each with its own unique viewpoint and role. IFS Coaching aims to help individuals explore and understand these parts, ultimately leading to self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
