insightful
Our work together will be to understand the blocks and pain points that keep you from having all that you desire. As an IFS informed coach, I will be your guide to getting to know and communicate with all the parts of you.
integrative
The ultimate goal of this work is to put your SELF back into the driver’s seat of your life. This is a very gentle and compassionate approach that is also extremely effective.
my approach
I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity rather than self-criticism. In our work together, we gently explore the different “parts” of you that may hold competing thoughts, emotions, or patterns. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems, these parts are approached with compassion and understanding rather than judgment. As greater awareness develops, many people begin to access a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and self-leadership.
Our sessions may include reflective conversation as well as experiential practices such as breathwork or guided inner exploration. These approaches allow insight to emerge not only through thinking, but also through the wisdom of the body and nervous system.
My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you reconnect with the grounded, steady Self that already exists within you.
Coaching is not therapy, though the work can be deeply reflective and transformative.
this work may be helpful if you…
• feel pulled in different directions internally and want greater clarity
• notice repeating patterns in relationships or life decisions
• experience anxiety, overwhelm, or a harsh inner critic
• want to understand yourself more deeply and live with greater intention
• are curious about approaches that integrate mind, body, and emotional awareness
• are interested in exploring your inner world through a compassionate lens
Much of my work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate and widely respected model that helps people understand the different “parts” within themselves.
